Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Alicia Elizabeth Mitchell is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with 25+ years of experience in psychiatric care, behavioral health, hospital operations, non-profit, for-profit, and state/federal government. She specializes in driving strategic planning, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and operational excellence across complex healthcare and organizational environments.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black, Green, Yellow, and White Belt, Ms. Mitchell brings deep expertise in quality improvement, risk mitigation, and performance optimization. Ms. Mitchell holds a Masters of Human Resource Management and Bachelors of Science in Psychology.

Her background spans hospital administration, quality assurance, incident and risk management, and large-scale program operations consistently improving systems, strengthening compliance, and elevating clinical and operational outcomes.

Ms. Mitchell is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and developing sustainable systems that support clinical excellence, staff engagement, and organizational growth. Her leadership is grounded in accountability, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

In addition to her healthcare leadership skills, she is dedicated to advancing financial literacy and personalized protection planning. As a licensed insurance agent in all states, except Hawaii, she provides tailored solutions in life, health, wellness, and accident insurance, with access to over 25 carriers. She also supports clients with IUL strategies for high-income earners and foundational estate and financial planning.

Sheila E. Mitchell

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Sheila Mitchell is a highly accomplished senior executive with more than 30+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring, systems reengineering, project management, strategic planning, and restorative justice. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution.

Throughout her career, Ms. Mitchell has provided consulting services to a wide range of organizations, including Canadian Pacific, the Los Angeles and Alameda County Probation Departments, the Cayman Islands government, and Jamaicans for Justice. She is a sought-after speaker who has presented papers and facilitated workshops on innovative and proven approaches to systems transformation.

Under her leadership, Santa Clara County, California became one of the first counties in the United States to establish a comprehensive policy addressing the needs of LGBTQIA individuals within the criminal justice system. She also served as the chief architect of a major prison realignment initiative aimed at improving educational outcomes for adult probationers and parolees, with a strong emphasis on successful community reintegration.

Currently, Ms. Mitchell provides consulting services to nonprofit organizations and philanthropic foundations, focusing on organizational leadership, board development, competency building, and social justice transformation.

A dedicated community advocate, Ms. Mitchell previously served for more than a decade as Board Chair of a national community-based organization committed to developing sustainable leadership for social justice. She is a former member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, where she served as a mediator in Georgia, and she continues to contribute her expertise as an advisor to the Sierra Health Foundation.

Ms. Mitchell’s contributions have been widely recognized. She was named one of the 100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley by the San Jose Business Journal and is an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow. Her honors also include the NAACP Cesar Chavez Social Justice Leadership Award and the Santa Clara County Superior Court Distinguished Service Award for her outstanding commitment to and impact on social justice.

Rashawn N. Jones, Esq.

Ms. Rashawn Nate Jones is an accomplished attorney with over 13 years of legal experience, practicing in the areas of criminal defense, entertainment law, real estate law, and emerging technology law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ms. Jones is recognized among the top 2.5% of professionals pioneering innovative applications of artificial intelligence in legal practice. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JurisAvant and JurisAvant Academy, where she leads efforts to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into legal services and professional development.
