Alicia E. Mitchell

Chief Executive Officer

Miss Alicia Elizabeth Mitchell is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with 25+ years of experience in psychiatric care, behavioral health, hospital operations, non-profit, for-profit, and state/federal government. She specializes in driving strategic planning, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and operational excellence across complex healthcare and organizational environments.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black, Green, Yellow, and White Belt, Ms. Mitchell brings deep expertise in quality improvement, risk mitigation, and performance optimization. Ms. Mitchell holds a Masters of Human Resource Management and Bachelors of Science in Psychology.

Her background spans hospital administration, quality assurance, incident and risk management, and large-scale program operations—consistently improving systems, strengthening compliance, and elevating clinical and operational outcomes.

Miss Mitchell is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and developing sustainable systems that support clinical excellence, staff engagement, and organizational growth. Her leadership is grounded in accountability, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

In addition to her healthcare leadership skills, she is dedicated to advancing financial literacy and personalized protection planning. As a licensed insurance agent in all states, except Hawaii, she provides tailored solutions in life, health, wellness, and accident insurance, with access to over 25 carriers. She also supports clients with IUL strategies for high-income earners and foundational estate and financial planning.

Sheila E. Mitchell

Executive Coach

Ms. Sheila Mitchell is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than forty + years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring, systems reengineering, project management, strategic planning and balanced and restorative justice.  Ms. Mitchell holds a Masters of Arts in Conflict Resolution.

Ms. Mitchell has consulted with Canadian Pacific, Los Angeles and Alameda County Probation Departments,  Cayman Islands, and Jamaicans for Justice. She has presented papers and given workshops on creative and innovative proven approaches to system transformation. Under her leadership, Santa Clara County, CA was one of the first Counties in the Country to develop a comprehensive policy for LGBTQQI individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

Ms. Mitchell was also the chief architect responsible for the implementation of a major prison realignment endeavor to improve education outcomes for Santa Clara County adult probationers and parolees, with a key focus on reintegration back to the community.  Ms. Mitchell is currently, providing consultancy services for non-profits agencies and philanthropic foundations focused on organizational leadership development, board development, competency building and social justice transformation. 

Ms. Mitchell is a community advocate and has previously served for more than ten years as Board Chair of a national community based organization dedicated to building sustainable leadership for social justice.  She is a former member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution where she served in Georgia as a mediator and is an advisor to the Sierra Health Foundation.

Ms. Mitchell was recognized as one of the 100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley, California by the San Jose Business Journal and is an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow.  Ms. Mitchell is the recipient of the  NAACP, Cesar Chavez Social Justice Leadership Award and recently received the Santa Clara County, California Superior Court Distinguished Service Award for her commitment and transformative work in the social justice.

Rashawn Jones, Esq.

Ms. Rashawn Nate Jones is a lawyer practicing criminal defense, entertainment, real estate and one other area of law. Rashawn received her law degree from University of Mississippi and has been licensed for 13 years. Ms. Jones practices in Atlanta, GA.

Ms. Jones is among the top 2.5% of professionals pioneering new AI practices. She is the CEO and Founder of JurisAvant and JurisAvant Academy.
